Have you thought about coming to therapy, but hesitated because you don’t want to talk for an hour while someone else just stares at you?
Let’s do something different.
Guidance, tools, structure…and guess what? This is not me giving you answers. It’s me empowering you to find the right answers for yourself. We all have this wisdom inside, let’s bring it out!
We can acknowledge that it’s hard, that progress is not a straight line, the systemic barriers, the ways we get in our own way, and how we don’t always have what we need. One thing we always need is support. You don’t have to do it alone.
